President I started this company in 1982, as a refiner, smelter and assayer. My mom had just lent me two thousand dollars…my rent was only $350 per month and I worked my tail off. As a young man, I made many mistakes and learned from them. Twenty-seven years later, I still commit errors but I can also take pride in welcoming you to the “Ross Metals Family," and offering the finest quality products with personalized attention at the most competitive prices. Built on honest refining services I have created an untarnished and solid reputation. I have and always will welcome your inquiries and would be proud to demonstrate my commitment and service to you and the entire jewelry community. Only in America can we work to strive to be the best that we can be. I am sure that I have not reached that lofty goal, but I keep trying. Operations Manager Having grown up as a 3rd generation jeweler, I have basically been on 47th street all my life. I have lived on this street from childhood until present day and it is truly apart of my DNA. As a kid, I would search our sales floor for mistakenly dropped small findings and get rewarded with a dollar or two if I found any. This taught me the value of precious metals at a very young age and that lesson has grown into a huge appreciation for what my father did and continues to do. I then continued to work in the summers as a teenager and my appreciation only grew from there. After graduating from Syracuse University in 2016, I have been working full time and have become the Operations and Web Manager at Ross Metals, handling all website and day to day activities.
