      • Welcome to the Custom Charm Department! When this item is purchased, a representative will contact you to begin your custom charm assessment. We are able to make custom products in Gold, Silver and Platinum. Please be ready with a brief overview of what you’d like to create (i.e. a photo or drawn picture of the item).

        This process can take anywhere from 3 business days to 30 business days to complete. It all depends on how intricate the piece is and how many pieces we are producing.

        Whether you need 3D CAD rendering done or have a 3D file yourself and just need printing, please purchase this as a deposit for your project to be completed.
